Pneumatic fenders is a leading anti-collision device for marine application in the world today. This compressed air rubber fender is used as a protective medium. Therefore, pneumatic rubber fenders serves as a protective medium against collision when ship-to-ship contact (STS) and ship-to-berthing (STB). Pneumatic fenders has the advantages of massive energy absorption with low unit surface pressure acted upon the ship. So penumatic fenders has become an ideal ship protection medium used extensively by large tankers, LPG vessels, ocean platforms, large docks, harbor and wharfs. This very property of Pneumatic makes it most suitable fender for Liquid cargo Vessels and Defense vessels with very sensitive equipments.These Fenders offer excellent Energy Absorption characteristic and do have a linear Load Deflection Characteristic. They are very easy to install, remove and handle for various applications.
EVERGREEN are very focused on the quality of the penumatic rubber fenders. Our pneumatic fenders are manufactured in accordance with ISO 17357:2002 and ISO 9001 with 0.5kg/cm2 and 0.8kg/cm2 internal. And our pneumatic fenders delivered by specifically cord layer, flange and ulterior air valve technology, which make the marine fenders are more excellent performance. The care fully crafted high abrasion resistant external layer prevents atmospheric aging and Nylon tyre cord layers ensure high mechanical strength under heavy compression. Internal rubber layers ensure a positive seal to maintain the desired internal pressure. The latest moulding technology, a combination of heat, pressure and compression moulding and accurate process parameters makes our pneumatic fender extremely reliable and ensure a trouble free long life. We have invested in the most modern testing equipment in order to meet customer demand for high quality.
Our pneumatic Fenders are generally equipped with chain nets and tyres, or with wire rope nets with End Rings, Towing Rings, and Swivel Joint with suitable D-Shackles at both ends for better life. Sling type fenders are also available on specific request. These Fenders offer excellent resistance to Shear Force, inclined compression and highly reliable. Our Pneumatic Fenders are also supplied in gray colour for nonstaining / Naval Applications. Pneumatic Fenders are available in wide range from 500mm Diameter to 3300mm Diameter in 1000mm Length to 66000mm Length as per customers requirements.
